By submitting a booking request through this website, calling us, or using our transportation services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Toronto Prestige Black SUV Limousine Car Services provides chauffeur-driven black car and limousine transportation across the Greater Toronto Area, including airport transfers, hourly charters, corporate travel, and event transportation.
Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee a confirmed ride. After you submit a request:
Fares are quoted based on pickup/drop-off distance, trip duration, vehicle type, and time of booking. Quoted fares are flat-rate unless otherwise stated. Payment is collected securely through Square via the payment link provided in your fare-quote email. We do not store your card details.
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice are eligible for a full refund; late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. (Specific cancellation windows and fees to be finalized by the business owner.)
For airport transfers, we track your flight in real time. If you provide your flight number, we monitor for delays and adjust your pickup time accordingly at no extra charge, and wait up to 60 minutes after landing before additional waiting fees may apply.
Passengers are expected to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or end service in cases of unsafe, abusive, or illegal behaviour, without refund.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, or other events of force majeure. We will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed and get you to your destination as close to your requested time as possible.
To the extent permitted by law, Toronto Prestige Black SUV Limousine Car Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, beyond the value of the fare paid for the affected trip.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
